Spectroscopic, Image, Video, Text, and the cutting-edge arenas of LLM and Generative AI have also been significant areas of my focus. 1.  MLops & Big Data POC: Through a meticulous evaluation of third-party solutions and designing tailored in-house systems, I address specific operational needs. This process encompasses harnessing vast amounts of unstructured data, ensuring its quality, and deploying cutting-edge analytics tools to transform raw data into actionable insights. The ultimate goal is to provide a holistic solution, marrying the strengths of MLops with the potential of Big Data, to drive business transformation.

I've also had the distinct honor of managing the biostatisticians unit for an NICHD clinical trial, where I led a diverse team of programmers, quality control experts, IT professionals, and biostatisticians.

In collaboration with our strategic partner, TeamScale in India, I can also set up high-performing offshore teams. I support you throughout the talent management process – from identifying top talent and fostering cohesive team dynamics to training and workflow development. I ensure your team is well-prepared and poised to handle future challenges, setting the stage for sustained success.

During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, I was entrusted with key responsibilities by the Ministry of Health of Israel, serving on both the Task Force for Resuscitation of Patients with COVID-19 and the COVID-19 Scenarios and Modeling Team. My ability to swiftly form and lead professional teams in such pressing times was tested. I seamlessly integrated experts from diverse fields, creating a shared language and trust. Not only did I lead these research teams, but I also ensured that our insights were effectively communicated to decision-makers through strategic documents and presentations. The foundational strategies we established continue to guide Israel's pandemic response, including pivotal decisions like the administration of subsequent vaccine doses. This experience underscores my expertise in team-building across varied settings, a key service I offer to clients.
